The FMX10 Pilot Scale Mixer is designed to serve as an intermediate solution between laboratory and production-scale Flashmix equipment, suitable for a variety of operations. This mixer provides a sanitary and efficient method for blending powders and liquids in batches up to 50 liters, depending on the mixture’s viscosity.
Key features of the FMX10 include:
- High-viscosity mixing: It utilizes the same pumping rotor as the HV model, making it particularly effective for processing high-viscosity products.
- Versatility: The mixer can be equipped with high-speed motors and explosion-proof components to accommodate diverse mixing requirements.
- Powder feed: The standard unit comes with a 1.3-gallon (5-liter) powder feed hopper, with alternative designs available to improve the flow of more cohesive powders
