Mokon Water Brochure

Mokon’s line of compact water systems provide accurate and reliable temperature control for process heating requirements up to 380°F (193°C). Standard systems are available up to 96 kW of heating capacity and up to 10 Hp with flow rates from 10 to 120 GPM. Single or dual zone, positive or negative pressure flow, heating/chilling designs and custom engineered systems are also available.

Mokon’s circulating oil temperature control systems meet process heating requirements up to 700°F (371°C). Durable and high-quality oil systems are available with heating capacities up to 600 kW; flow rates of 5 to 120 GPM; single, dual and triple zone configurations; and portable or stationary designs. Custom engineered systems are also available.

Mokon Portable Chiller Systems

Mokon’s energy-efficient line of portable chiller systems offer process cooling down to -20°F (-29°C). Chiller systems are available in air-cooled or water-cooled condensing, up to 60 Ton cooling capacities, and scroll and reciprocating compressors. Systems are also available in combination heating and chilling, single and dual circuit configurations and modulating chiller designs.

Mokon Centralized Cooling Systems

Mokon offers both indoor and outdoor centralized cooling solutions including central chillers up to 120 Tons, pump tank systems in 100 gallons and larger designs, outdoor air-cooled chillers up to 50 Tons, outdoor central chillers, cooling towers, and cold climate coolers up to 120 Tons.

Blown Film Coolers

Mokon’s blown film coolers provide uniform cooling of leaving air temperatures from 600 to 9,000 CFM. Coolers are available with powder coated heavy gauge steel cabinets; adjustable bolt-on legs; chilled water and discharge air temperature gauges; and permanent, cleanable inlet filter.

Maintenance Products

Mokon’s ClearFlo heat transfer fluid filtration systems improve efficiencies and remove small particles; D-Scaler systems remove rust, scale and lime deposits from your process; Leak-Master negative pressure systems stop leaks in molds and processes without stopping production.

Fluids
